Learn Anywhere: Online Degrees for Veterans and Active Duty

For veterans and active-duty service members, earning a degree while managing work, family, and military obligations can seem impossible.

The University of Louisiana at 色妹AV's online programs make it manageable by providing flexible course schedules, comprehensive academic support, and guidance for using VA benefits.

For Caleb Russo, who served in the National Guard while completing his M.S. in Engineering and Technology Management online, that support was a game changer.

"The Office of Veteran & Military Student Services was my lifeline in terms of transitioning from military life back into a university setting. They helped me professionally even after graduating,鈥 Russo says.

Tapping into his VA benefits kept his goals financially attainable. With about four and a half years of GI Bill coverage, he set out to make the most of that timeframe.

"Because of the online program, I was able to knock down my undergrad and master鈥檚 degrees to that four and a half-year mark. Everything was paid for while still working full time and serving in the Guard.鈥

That combination of support and military benefits helped Russo turn ambitious goals into achievable milestones.

鈥淲ithin six years of graduating high school, I deployed overseas, earned two degrees, and now operate my own business," he adds. "UL 色妹AV made that possible."
