Collegiate Recovery Program

As a Student in Recovery, you may:

Struggle to find social outlets.
Feel isolated from your peers.
Feel like you’re missing out on the traditional college experience.
Struggle with balancing time between recovery and academics.

Why do we do this? College life is often centered around social events that can be challenging for those in recovery. Our CRP provides a safe, supportive, and fun environment for students who are pursuing their degree while maintaining a lifestyle free from substance use or addictive behaviors.

  • Students in CRPs nationwide maintain an average 3.2+ GPA, often outperforming the general student body.

  • Over 90% of CRP members stay in school and graduate on time.

  • You aren't alone—an estimated 1 in 5 college students meet the criteria for a substance use disorder.

Recovery looks different for everyone. Our doors are open to:

  • Students in long-term recovery.

  • Students recovering from alcohol, drugs, or other process addictions (gaming, gambling, etc.) and behavioral disorders like eating disorders.

  • Friends and family who want to support those in recovery.

We are a community for students who are in recovery from substance misuse to gambling, and eating disorders.

What do we do?

  • Decrease barriers to help those seeking assistance for substance misuse and mental health issues.

  • Help decrease the stigma around those in recovery and seeking help for addictions.

  • Host OPEN NA and AA support groups for students who are sober curious.

  • Host AL-ANON groups for students who support someone with a substance dependence.

  • Provide Narcan and training to the whole campus.

Our Mission is to ensure that no student has to choose between their recovery and their education.
